Each patient’s Physical Therapy Plan of Care (POC) is unique. We focus on balance, movement and strength. Get Physical Rx develop a unique plan according to your presentation and our assessment of your current conditions. Your POC is fit and tailored for you. We want to not just manage pain, but help you enter back into regular life pain free.We built our 5,500 square foot facility with patients in mind and with the eye of a physical therapist. We included a vast collection of equipment so you can not only complete your Physical Therapy Plan of Care, but also leave stronger and with more mobility than before.
