You can’t avoid people whom you see every day, when driving to your going to be new home look for some natural things, where you feel strange awkwardness’, ask your realtor for the help and advice. Also before you sign the deal you better ask in the neighbourhood, how's the environment beside residents you can go on a local shop ask them how’s everything here, I am thinking to buy that house, can you suggest me what type of person my neighbour is, just like before we buy anything big or even before choosing any moving company for our move we do some research like what company is trustworthy do the same here search for the new neighbourhood including the safety points too.
