Miles Teller anticipating a Rhys Hoskins great hit is probably the most likable Miles Teller continues to be in years

The Miles Teller-starring Whiplash premiered inside United States on January 16, 2014. The now-infamous Esquire interview where he showed an, um ... different side of his MLB The Show 18 Stubs personality dropped on August 5, 2015. You could argue that to be a celebrity, Miles Teller hasn’t really been “likable” since that date.

I’m not here to argue about Miles Teller’s likability though — to every one their own, and that he’s still a fantastic actor in spite of his more abrasive tendencies. What I’m here to complete is provide you with an extremely likable video of Teller within this, 4 seasons 2018.

Rhys Hoskins hit a homer during Wednesday night’s Phillies-Yankees game and Teller went WILD.

Teller’s Philadelphia sports loyalty is well-documented after all this, and the man’s an ardent supporter in the Eagles and Phillies. The look on his face this is one thing, the pure joy and excitement more than a regular season homer makes him extremely endearing. It would have been a very “stars they’re much like us!” moment whether or not this was the smile on display.

But the jumping top to bottom is the true star of the MLB 18 Stubs clip, because it’s an issue that people only go about doing when they’re in a game and spontaneously excited. Jumping down and up for something besides marriage or maybe a pregnancy announcement would appear normal, but in addition it’s just about sports and this’s it.

This is valid, uninhibited excitement. Sports does that to folks, even celebrities who probably won't seem that likable otherwise.
