Hi all from New York, who's playing what sport? A couple of months ago I broke my leg and because of the injury I could not play sports, so I gained weight accordingly. This month I decided to pull myself together and start eating right, exercising daily, drinking plenty of water and walking every day. I plan to start with high intensity exercises to get quick results. A friend advised me to sign up for Inferno Pilates classes.
